Good Mead

Good Mead is a town of around 100 people whose claim to fame is the Mead brewed in their impressive Mead Hall.

Good Mead once had a bitter rivalry with Dougan’s hole that frequently became violent. ‘Red Waters’ owes it’s name to the frequent naval skirmishes that took place in the past. Now only an aging shrine to the dead god Tempus remains as a reminder of Good Mead’s violent past.

The town is currently without a speaker. An election will take place and the main contenders are a dwarf named Shandar – enthusiastic, relatively new in town and popular among the loggers, and Olivessa, a reluctant candidate with deep roots in Good Mead.

The town’s stock of mead has declined following a giant attack, and proprietors of the Mead Hall are on the lookout for temporary alternatives.
